Operations Administrator - Expressions of Interest for 2022

Role Purpose

The core purposes of the role are:

  • To shape our internal and external client experiences by being their first point of contact
  • To proactively manage operational administration flow of work which consists of Sales, PM and Compliance administration
  • To ensure the operational requirements of the offices are met and managed proactively from ensuring the communal areas are neat and tidy to ensuring the printers are fully operational and well stocked.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients to BresicWhitney via phone and in person including but not limited to: re-directing calls and supporting with all manner of property sales, property management, landlord, buyer, tenant and general queries
  • General office duties including booking couriers, sorting mail, scanning, filing and archiving
  • Managing office maintenance, reporting repairs to Office Manager & Team Leader, tradespeople, keeping communal areas neat and tidy, ensuring office supplies are well stocked
  • PM support and administration, including but not limited to; key management, filing, redirections and correspondence
  • Sales administration including but not limited to; preparing and processing listings & exchanges, sales compliance and organising appointments
  • Addressing various administrative needs through our shared operations inbox system and ensuring they are actioned in a timely manner
  • Supporting with data entry, reporting, projects, and process improvement as and where required

Skills & Attributes

Key skills include, but not limited to:

  • 1-3 years reception/administration experience
  • Previous experience in Real Estate preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written & verbal
  • A willingness to go above and beyond, be proactive, and ensure we deliver exceptional service
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to self-organise and prioritise
  • Truly self-motivated with a desire to constantly learn, develop and grow within the role
  • Someone who is keen to kick start their career within the Real Estate Industry
  • The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • Solid administration experience including Microsoft office, database management and data entry
  • The ability to rethink and re imagine better ways of doing things so we are doing things simpler, smarter and better

Special Conditions/Requirements

Due to the ever changing operating requirements of the business, from time to time you may be required to:

  • assist with additional reasonable tasks as requested
  • work from other BresicWhitney locations
  • this role may involve working outside of ordinary business and on weekends
