Sales Team Assistant to Two Senior Agents - Balmain

Role Purpose

This is an opportunity to join a leading property lifestyle group who pride ourselves on the client experience.

You will be valued as someone who is the backbone of the team, directly supporting two senior and established Residential Real Estate Agents in our Balmain Office. A critical part of the role is to provide an extraordinary standard of excellence and accuracy consistently across all transactional administration.

You will consistently work towards a high level of detail, checking and triple checking, offering an extensive and comprehensive quality of work during all stages of the sales and settlement process.

You will need to be process driven with an analytical mind, accountable, resilient, personable, friendly and where customer care is everything to you building strong relationships with our clients. This is a an opportunity to create a pathway, in time, to becoming a Developing Agent yourself.

This role is a full time, 5 days per week inclusive of every Saturday, with a day off in the week.

The Role

Our purpose is to Bring Homes to Life and we do this by connecting people and property.

Your days will be diverse, challenging and rewarding working as part of a fast paced, high performing team. This is not a 9-5 job and a flexible outlook is essential to perform at your best to oversee:

  • Full and comprehensive administration support
  • Attend photoshoots and out of office appointments
  • Support with open homes
  • Support management of Agent Database and Stock Sheets
  • Diary management and booking appointments
  • Prepare listing presentations, reports, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Curate content for social media channels
  • Manage the exchange to settlement period
  • Some buyer work will be introduced as the individual develops and grows in the role

The Person

The ideal candidate will have Real Estate experience, an exceptional work ethic, is motivated and hungry for a long-term career in Residential Sales. You must be mature minded and emotionally intelligent.

You will need

  • Extensive administrative and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Flawless communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal acumen with strong attention to detail
  • A team player who enjoys building credible trusted relationships
  • Proactive self-starter, accountability to work independently and collaboratively, support the workload of the team
  • Sound judgement in critical moments
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking mindset with a strong eye for detail.
  • Always working towards a standard of excellence
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to use your initiative
  • Friendly, personable and reliable
  • Common sense
  • No ego or entitlement, takes feedback on board
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • A current Real Estate Certificate and a clean driver’s license, access to a car is essential
  • Previous experience in Real Estate
  • Full working right in Australia
