BresicWhitney is looking for a Property Manager based in Glebe. You will be driving successful and efficient outcomes for clients whilst delivering a customer experience that aligns with our values of Wise Judgement, Excellence, Honesty, Togetherness, Courage & Humility.


  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day property management across your portfolio
  • Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Consult with landlords on best practice and market trends
  • Administer contractual agreements and reports
  • Manage Tenancy Tribunals on behalf of property owners where required

The Person

  • Proactive, solution oriented and collaborative
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Natural problem solver with an innate sense of initiative
  • Resilient, calm and dedicated to delivering successful outcomes
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability with strong attention to detail
  • A current Real Estate License/ Certificate of Registration
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Clean drivers license & vehicle
