Women's Work, n. referring to tasks, jobs, or duties traditionally regarded as suitable for women, particularly domestic chores.

For generations, it meant this one thing. Today - it means everything.

We sit down with some of the inspiring women of the BresicWhitney team, to explore what those two words really mean to them: the ambition, the sacrifice, the love - and the pride.

On what women's work means to us.

Jade: "To me, it means independence. It means following your own dreams. It means a juggle - and being able to feel proud of everything you've built. Family, kids, career. All of it."

Catherine: "It has meant different things at different stages of my life. When I was younger, I was in this mad rush to prove everything. I always thought motherhood would limit me - that I wouldn't be able to succeed. But it was actually a game changer. It gave me permission to step back from constantly trying to be the biggest and the best."

Nimrath: "I think it means anything and everything. Not just what we're doing in front of people on the day today, but all the behind-the-scenes work, too."

Sienna: "It is a combination of power and a lot of compassion."

Jasmine: "Women's work, to me, means being authentically yourself."

On women shaping legacy.

Catherine: "I worked really hard in those first ten years. It's only been in the last six or seven that I've taken more of that time back to reconnect with everything I wanted during my twenties and thirties. I'm proud to have raised the daughter I have today. I hope she's learned from me to let go of perfection and give everything a go."

Jade: "I hope my girls grow up knowing that women can have it all. If they've got dreams, they can achieve them - after all, they're my biggest motivation. I want to make them proud."

Nimrath: "My parents moved from India with barely anything. My dad worked two jobs so my mum could finish her degree, because she really wanted to study. They've always worked as a team. I just want to make my mum as proud as she has made me."

Sienna: "My mum has played an important role in my life. She is my safe place, my biggest supporter. If I had one piece of advice for her, it would be this: keep being exactly who you are. Because I'd be lost if she were anyone else."

On what we would tell the next generation.

Jasmine: "Stop believing you can't have it all. Because you can - you just have to believe it. When I truly accepted myself, my own individuality, and leaned into my authenticity - something shifted. Walking into any room, with anyone, I feel like I belong. Because I like who I am."
