Key Responsibilities

- Preparing information kit for listing presentations and market research
- Preparing for, attending and assisting at open homes and auction
- Managing administration for a high-performing agent
- Coordinating sales campaigns with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
- Managing marketing campaigns and property listings
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Attending photoshoots, inspections, and pre-settlement appointments
- Overseeing property presentation and market preparation
- Qualifying prospective buyers and develop future business opportunities
- Collaborating with the whole BresicWhitney sales team across all offices to better service our clients
